Formosa Oolong tea, orange peel, lemon peel, hop flower, spearmint leaves.
Oolong tea is laid out in the sun to wither and reduce moisture. Drenched in sunlight, these rolled leaves are the perfect choice for our summer inspired tea.
Leaves will unfurl during the steeping process and brew up to a pale amber. Don't be fooled by the mild colour, which is produced by a natural lightening process afforded by the orange and lemon peel. Despite the mild colour, your cup is still full-bodied and strong.
